The constant pace and pressure of work makes it challenging to step back and understand what’s really happening inside us and in our interactions with others. The root of everything we do is how well we’re able to understand and manage our internal states of mind, and how well we can build harmony with those around us.
This retreat will take you far outside your normal work environment. First to the beautiful space of San Diego, and the grounds of San Diego State University. And then into the company of an exceptional group of peers: technical leaders like you who are determined to make a profound impact in their organizations and beyond. And finally into a radical and transformative set of teachings and exercises that will give you the space to re-orient yourself to more powerful and purposeful ways of engaging.
You will leave transformed, and sharing a deep bond with a fellow group of leaders.
